GTA 5 features a real life world, but even so, there are certain unrealistic things to ensure its gaming experience. But if you are looking for true real-life immersion, it’s about time get Real Life Mod 2 by Konijima! Ive been trying for the last 24 hours to figure out why this mod wont work for me in GTA. I made a scripts folder and put the contents of the zip file into it (just as the directions on the read me suggest) and I cant figure out to get the mod working in game, I have it enabled in the Real Life M. GTA 5 Real Life Mod 1.0.1.2 Mod was downloaded 38396 times and it has 9.25 of 10 points so far. Download it now for GTA 5!

Greetings fellow virtual criminals!

So I've been a fan of GTA since the very-very-very first top-down-view release and GTAV is a really well crafted, beautiful open world to fool around in once the story is done.

Since GTAOnline is a bit of a bust, due to the clunky team creation and rampant hacker presence, I've thought it'd be really good to try some of the 'conversion' mods on the singleplayer, BUT - there's always a but - I can't figure out how to install them or how to make them work.

My current goal would be to install the Real Life MOD, and I've followed the step-by-step instructions on the page but when I'm loadin' the game up ain't nothing changed.

I've managed to have the 'trainer' working, and it's really fun to run around like the Flash or leap over buildings, jump from truck to truck on the highway, but it doesn't offer content.

So I've thought I'll ask the community of this subreddit, because it seems there are plenty of MODs to go around and many of you enjoying them, so you surely have managed to figure out the installation methods that are actually working.

TL;DR: I'd need a step-by-step guide about how to install MODs in general, using the Real Life MOD as example - got the 'trainer' working, but nothing else.

Thanks to the patience and help of u/Blaxoutalot I've finally managed to get the mod to work, so to anyone who is attempting to use this mod or anything that's similar, the list of required things may help:

and you may need the OpenIV if you plan to add cars and other stuff, but it's ain't necessary for the Real Life Mod.

On a clean install you'll need to create a folder named 'scripts' and pay attention to each component's 'Installation' location described on their respective pages, because some of them need to go into the main GTAV folder and some into the scripts folder.
