Free Pokemon Go Bots
Bot accounts are Pokemon Go accounts created by programmers to perform specific tasks, usually to assist either individual players or run third party apps. For instance, certain tracking software uses bot accounts to detect Pokemon and report on them to users.
It's unclear what Pokemon Go did, but these bot accounts are getting flagged and shadowbanned a lot quicker than usual. IP addresses are also being targeted, and PokemonGoHub.net reports that this ban wave is much more efficient than previous tries to shut down these apps.
Unfortunately, Pokemon Go's new ban wave does not seem to affect GPSspoofers, which most players agree is the most egregious and most problematic form of cheating in the game.

Pokemon Go has waged a long battle against the developers of third party apps, often with mixed results. After shutting down a number of popular tracking websites, Pokemon Go resorted to legal threats and more.. humorous results to punish bot accounts and the players that use them. Recently, Pokemon Go implemented a shadow ban of sorts that made flagged players unable to see rare Pokemon.Pokemon that were caught using illicit methods were also targeted via a 'slash ban' that makes them unable to defend or attack gyms.
However, the developers of many of these programs are a pretty inventive bunch, and they're currently working on ways around the ban. We'll have to see how long Pokemon Go's latest attempt to shut down cheating works, and what solutions developers have in mind for other forms of cheating.
Back in WoD I would take my Warlock with Enchanting / Tailoring and do the popular 'BoT Trash Farm' every hour instances reset. I would go the whole 9-yards of disenchanting the greens and using the Embersilk Cloth / Hypnotic Dust combo to make Embersilk Bags. This spot was never a great 'gold-per-hour' due to the fact that you would be instanced locked in about 20 minutes, but the gold you could make in those 20 minutes was usually comparable to what most popular farms at the time would net you in an hour allowing you to have 40 minutes to spend crafting / auctioning / etc. Ever since the release of Legion I have not heard anyone mention this farm once so I figured I would give it a try and record my results.
For those of you who do not know what the 'BoT Trash Farm' is: You walk into the Bastion of Twilight raid on 25-man Heroic and kill all of the trash leading up the first boss, walk out, reset and repeat. After doing this 10 times you get instanced locked meaning you cannot enter another instance for an hour.
I decided not to do this on my Warlock as it is not 110, and not everybody has Tailoring / Enchanting. I wanted this to be as realistic as possible for the majority of people, not just Enchanters / Tailors. Do note though, this means the results would be much higher if you do have those professions. These 10 runs were completed on a 845 item level Enhancement Shaman with Alchemy / Herbalism. No professions to increase the value of this farm aside from crafting my own Potion of Treasure Finding, which I did use. Enhancement Shamans are not the fastest class in the game when it comes to farming meaning some characters could possibly do these runs much quicker (ie. Druid, DH). I did kill every single mob leading up to the boss including the four that roam in the way back which does cause your time to go up about 30% just due to there poor positioning compared to the other mobs.
I did vendor everything aside from the Embersilk Cloth, Elementium Lockbox and any volatiles / ore from the treasure chests.
I have yet to open the Elementium Lockboxes so I am just going to be putting a 30g value on each one which I feel is more than realistic as they typically give that much raw gold as well as a green item.
The 10 runs took a total of 14 minutes. This would have probably been about 10 minutes had I chose not to go for the back 4 mobs, but I figured since I am going to get instance locked either way, I may as well make use of them.
I made a total of 564 raw gold, 654 gold once you figure in the lockboxes.

The total AH value of the materials is 1298g 32s which realistically would net 1168g 49s after AH fees.
Combined this would net you ~1822g 49s, not including your Potion of Treasure Finding cost, in roughly 14 minutes.
If you are a Tailor, Enchanter, Druid, Demon Hunter, etc. expect your results to be much higher.
To anyone who is going to try this, here is an instance reset macro:
If I get the opportunity / time to get my Warlock max level I may redo this some time in the future with Enchanting / Tailoring to show the near full potential of this farm as I wouldn't be surprised to see this netting closer to 3,000 - 5,000 gold assuming you are disenchanting the greens and making bolts / bags out of the Embersilk Cloth, which would make this a very viable farming method.
